You may have missed the full sense of the article, I'm not bashing Sony or Vita, I'm actually hardcore brand loyal. But after having conversations with a lot of consumers and critics, I felt the need to coherently express the problems Sony face with their new and incredible hardware.

The current state of gaming is great. And sequels will be better. That's always been the case. We're 15 months in to a new generation. New IP is a risk not just for marketers but for developers. The first assassin's creed was disappointing and repetitive, look what that grew in to.
