Well yeah. You can adjust the software for a slight performance boost but atthe end of the day if you want a really good increase you need better hardware.

I've had the game since last Friday so I've seen the option to turn off online invasions. Also I've only got invaded a few times. Breaks up the game play nicely. It's under game play options I think. Or maybe online not sure but definitely there.
Yeah the x1 will never be able to out perform the ps4. Better hardware can not be beaten by weaker hardware. That's logical.
