It's Microsofts console and game it's their right to use whatever marketing they find suitable. This guy who made a cool design has no ground to stand on. He didn't make the console or game so sorry him.
Yes I know Xbox is manufactured in China but the headquarters are still in America. It's an American based company and that's part of the reason why they get my support.
