one of the biggest let downs for me in the entire history of gaming.
whatsoever...Like none. It looks so cheap. The care package drop looks like it drops a coffin or some kind of 1940's farmer hay box or something. Idk i think a lot of people are going to be turned off by this game now that i'm seeing more footage released. Even some of the weapons look just plain stupid. The animations look kinda goofy too. Maybe zombie mode will be the only reason i play this cod too just like w@w...
I don't get why they can't have the crosshairs stay in the middle of the screen like any other fps. The move would be just like using a mouse and that works for fps games why did they go the stupid route of the wii games that do this. I don't get it at all. They better not implement it like this for killzone 3 or i'm gonna be damn pissed off.
so you're saying that the should've added new gameplay elements and other things to match todays standards? No they couldn't because then Xbox users would be pissed. It should have the same score as the XBL version and it has all the additions that the XBL version got so why not. If someone wanting to see how the game is on psn and goes to ign and compares them, they're gonna think there is something wrong with the psn version. And really how much have standards really changed...
You just totally contradicted yourself by saying that little kids brains absorb information like a sponge but then said that this is not good for the move. If anything it'll take those kids a day to figure out that all they have to do is play the games like they think they would be played in real life. Most people will get used to it relatively quickly if they're coming from the wii. But anyway I just thought this was pretty funny. It just shows how brain dead the wii made some people...
And before it releases...I was pretty interested in this game when i saw gameplay videos but now that I played it i'm definetly going to get it. Who cares about multiplayer But i think that they would sell at least a million more copies on both platforms if they included local and online co-op don't you guys agree?

FF13 should be replaced with Nier on that list...anything else on that list is good but nier is definetly better jrpg than ff13.

you don't play a mission as the taliban, you play them in multiplayer just as you play as terrorists in mw2 against rangers or british spec ops soldiers etc...I don't get how a word can make people go so crazy. Do you mean that if EA and Dice change the name of the team in multiplayer it'll make everything alright?
And played a little before work and this game is gonna be a blast when it comes out. Lots of upgradability and lots of loot to find. The controls are really good and graphics are soo nice. I'm def buying this when it comes out. It has a lot of cool features but i don't think i want to talk about them since its a beta but you guys can read them from any preview out there.

When they put stardust hd in 3d it upped the performance of the 2d version of the game dramatically so i think killzone 3, in 2d, will run between 30-50 or 60 fps variably like gow 3. If you watch the multiplayer trailer you can see some parts the framerate gets really smooth. Maybe i was wrong about 60fps at all times but it'll run high framerates in 2d mode.
*edit - just watched it again and i think now maybe they slowed down the last part to make the framerate look sm...
will run at or very close to 60 fps in single and multiplayer when it launches all thanks to sony pushing 3d...you can quote me on that. they render it twice for 3d tvs so us hdtv folks are gonna have buttery smooth gameplay and response time because of only 1 render in the frame buffer. Imagine what they could do at 30fps now. Can't wait to see GG new IP too.
so go out and buy Nier so Square doesn't think us westerners have completely lost our good taste. Nier is a really good game and it's a shame the industry has thrown it in the toilet. It's a shame FF13 sold 5 mil and Nier didn't break 1 mil.
lol but it should at least be an 8.5 on metacritic for being so fresh. I swear every time I load Nier up and advance the story and go to a new location it doesn't cease to surprise me. The part when you have to find the mother for the kids in the junk heap reminds me of some of the stories in lost odyssey. Don't fall for this, almost insulting, accusation that dice are suddenly bad guys because they put taliban in their game and you can play as them (in multiplayer). Should go out and get Nier. It's a really good rpg. It plays like classic ps1/2 rpg's with some new school gameplay and it's an action rpg. IT does a lot of things right and i'm glad I picked it up. Why wait for a ps1 rpg to be rereleased on psn when you can get a new game you've never experienced.

If it was to be released on the 360 i think it would lose about 80 percent of it's ps3 sales and most of the series fanbase would just leave it forever. I know I would if by release day i started hearing that the games content got cut and the world map and story were shortened to fit on 3 disks.
