Good article and a good choice. I won't date her.. but I'd definitely hit and run lol
I'm not entirely a fan of EA adding multiplayer to this game, but I'm hopeful that it doesn't destroy the overall experience. Only time will tell.
Great Review on an awesome trilogy and a very cool website.
Assassin's Creed III was also in development for the last two years and yet Ubisoft was able to port the game over so I don't buy the argument about time being an issue.
#2 Hit it on the head exactly by saying that Nintendo will have the same issues with third parties as they have in the past. Most companies won't be interested in the Wii U when they know they can release a game on either Xbox 360 or PS3/ or both and in turn sell more copies because people have th...
Thats exactly how THQ operates when it comes to these games. They always have one feature in one year, then gone the next.
I'm glad that WWE 12 is doing well saleswise, but I secretly hoped EA would buy this franchise like they did UFC.
Maybe this will happen in another lifetime lol
How is it possible for anyone to hate a game when they know absolutely nothing beyond what everyone else already knows about it?
At the end of the day, the real judgment comes once you actually play that game. On that note, i'd say come back with some credible complaints and documented proof and maybe I'll consider listening to them.
Naughty Dog is a quality studio and while they aren't necessarily perfect, you'd have to be insane to think th...
I Agree 100% with bringing back GM Mode. They should have never took that out in the first place.
Interesting article but I must agree that no sports game will ever be a game of the year contender. Developers can only push sports games so far when they have a general formula to work with. Sure updating player rosters and changing certain gameplay mechanics are great, but in the end that game will still feel like the same game that came out a year ago.
I'll also add that there are far more interesting genres to tackle and thus at the end of the day both consumers and t...
I also enjoyed that game alot mainly because they put together an entertaining narrative campaign. I also like the fact that they kept the experience mature rated rather then dull it down to appeal to kids. Indeed one of the finest games in the Fight Night Series imo.
You're absolutely right about Far Cry 3. I'm playing through this game now and I have no idea why it isn't get more praise then it deserves. Obviously one can say that the delayed release hurt their chances of getting more shine but in all honesty the game is top notch and should be played by any fan of first person shooters and open world gameplay.
Actually Destiny is going to be multiplatform.
A great list of all the exclusives across each platform.
As an owner of both consoles, I can't help but be disappointed with Microsoft's steady decline of exclusives over the last couple of years. Even if they have XBLA titles, that's still isn't enough because 9 times out of 10 every game isn't going to be a sure fire hit.
One thing that no gamer will deny is that at least Sony had a healthy dose of exclusives this generation. Last Of Us ...
Take Two has proven they can survive on their own because of games like GTA, and Red Dead Redemption. Even though L.A. Noire and Max Payne 3 didn't do well enough saleswise, these games are still another reason why this company succeeds day in and day out. I'm sure as hell glad EA didn't succeed in buying them years ago. I'm also sure Bioware will live to regret signing up with EA in the very near future.
Funny box art lineup here but I'm not sure why everyone hates the original cover so much. Sure Elizabeth isn't on the front and neither is Infinite's version of the Big Daddy but at the end of the day who really cares? At the end, we will be playing the game and not the cover so I don't understand what the big deal is
You're absolutely right. I'm still trying to get over that original Mass Effect 3 ending lol
Good article and I might I also add that Assassin's Creed 4 needs a better ending too
Phenomenal article that intelligently breaks down the industry in a nutshell. It's funny how most of the HOT articles here on N4G are only popular because of the controversial subject matter displayed by some of the bias writers who compose them.
This article blows everything else on here out the water and deserves to be on the front page because the author has nailed the topic perfectly and should be commended on that.
Great review. I can't wait to pick this up next week during Black Friday.
Interesting insight by that Art Director, but still doesn't matter. Game looks great and will still be well received by fans of the series.
Good review.. I'll def try this out at some point
