Battleborn was a sales bomb, but it wasnt that terrible and it didnt cancel the roadmap like a month after announcing it
It was also a pretty fun game, its just that the marketing and our favorite idiot Randy Pitchford killed it

I think making the simple enemies more dangerous is not really in the DNA of the series even tho it sounds like a cool idea. Diablo is more about cutting through lots of fodder
