Why do you think they gave sites like play-asia which basically support Japanese, Asian, American version of games the market is not so close as some may think just not known as much.

Right off the bat you see that there is a complete difference if the same scene is being played at 1:22 as on the xbox one version there's no steam effect as when it switches to ps4 there is......now i can't say maybe there's certain time the steam rises and it happens that it wasn't on the xbox one version but if not that is clearly a difference as
physx and non-physx as a comparison if this is truly going on between the two.
in a sense yes but lets be real 60fps and above is just a safe zone that ppl feel comfortable with in case of dips but if the devs are confident in their fixed 30fps then it really wouldn't make a difference so then it would come back to your specific monitor or tv you use for gaming depending on the input lag or your internet speeds/bandwidth when online too.
Visually Fps don't matter as long as there's no stutter in the image but as far as gameplay it only matters if the Fps are not fixed and it drops but other than that 30fps is enough it's just a luxury to have 60fps on a console.
Exactly my point.... 60fps is a luxury on consoles and a standard on pc if you have the right rig but it's not needed if the Fps is fixes but when it dips below that then you have a problem because it would be false advertisement and not fun during gameplay. So wait til release and play the ps plus version if you're not convince to buy and judge for yourself if the locked 30Fps ruin your gameplay.
why are ppl so stuck up on visuals I mean don't get me wrong I like eye candy every once in awhile but come on....because lets be honest that it's going to come down to gameplay because if you want to talk about graphics/textures look at borderlands.....plus dragon ball z will always have that art style nothing to realistic where you need high res textures....just wait till the gameplay comes out and then judge.

4k only looks good when you have a monitor which I don't like playing my pc games on if I have the opportunity and second 4k doesn't matter for tv's below probably a 55in model so visual you won't notice a difference given the average sitting view and only thing noticeable will probably be for fps but even then it would not matter as long as the fps are fixed. As long as 1080p is out it will have an advantage over 4k until 4k becomes the norm but it lacks content to do so. So ...
