You can't even buy that game anymore it was squashed due to poor quality and canceled. Anyone who bought it got a refund.

By my guess you want sony to do this free of charge right? you want them to go to each and every publisher mind you some of those publishers don't even exist anymore making this even more difficult and set up new licensing deals with each and every one of them to allow the ps2 library to be playable on ps4.
