I gotta say, both the PS3 and 360 versions looks extremely similar. From what I could tell though, the PS3 looks a little sharper in some areas (the green striped awnings, the vending machine, the "8" on the subway train). If I'm at a games event, I'm going to go to all the booths, regardless of what platform it is. I just wanna play all the games that aren't out yet. So I don't think it really means much if there were lines at Microsoft's booth.

This is just my opinion. PC games will always look better. But for consoles, Uncharted is just a step above the rest.
Wasn't that already obvious from the press photos? It's very clear that it only has 1 speaker. So why did it take a tech specs release to know that?
I really don't understand this model. You get mono sound, no mic, and no WiFi. So that means no multiplayer of any kind (Ad-hoc or infrastructure), no Skype, no web browser (though I know the PSP's sucked). I mean, why would someone get this, when for 30 Euros more they could get a PSP 3000 with everything?
It only makes the most sense for Sony to reuse the Cell processor in the PlayStation 4. It would cost significantly less for them to simply update the technology, rather than invest in development of a new architecture. Also, developers are now familiar with the Cell. My thoughts on the PS4:
It will be announced E3 2012, for release 2013.
It will still use the CELL. Possibly with more SPEs and a higher clock (3.5 - 4 GHz). But let's be honest here. The CELL is to this day one of the most powerful CPUs, and I doubt it's yet being used to it's full potential.

Having used both services, I can say without a doubt that PSN is certainly not plagued with "lag and being kicked". I find that Xbox LIVE lags way more. PSN runs on dedicated servers. And those = no lag. LIVE is Peer to Peer, which is completely dependent on everyone's connection quality, and thus means more lag, because, let's face it, most people don't have awesome internet connections. The only games that I would agree have the potential to beat Uncharted 2 graphically are Gran Turismo 5, Killzone 3, and RAGE. I do not believe any other game has a chance.

Hey, I was one of the people there last night! It was a lot of fun. My team (Team Talbot) made it all the way to the final round of the tournament, and almost won the Collectors Edition by just a few kills :( It was a lot of fun though, and I can't wait to get the full game.
