im playing this right and let me tell you its not that bad its been really nice playing these in hd on a large screen .part 2 and 3 are the only 2 that been upgraded blood money is the same copy you got one 360 6 0r 7 years ago on the 360

i dont think you have played fallout they wasn't that bad. once the patches came out it was ok. games of this size i think it would be hard to find every little thing wrong and fix it before games release
