its common fucking sense. PC's will simply have more advanced graphic OPTIONS available that will scale to individual hardware. console is fixed hardware so they will maximize what they can out of it. end of story

after having bought both consoles and a gaming pc, next gen i think i'll just figure out which console wins most of the faceoffs (multiplat performance) and buy that one. since both will obviously have really good exclusives.
