yes such a shame that naughty dogs have to work with a limited hardware. they could do wonders with pc. but they are better of with consoles because i need a reason to own my ps4 right ? exclusives
@gamedev1 yes titanfall is exclusive to windows because most of the gamers use windows for gaming.
microsoft gets money only when people buy os. it doesn't money when developer publishes it on windows as it is open source. anyone can publish freely on pc except companies like steam and gog takes 10% of the cost of a game.

because ps3 had cell processor and devs had less knowledge about that language. ps4 has x86(same as pc simple) which has already been perfected. so no more optimization only downgrade(watch as resolution and graphics decrease).
