on where you live...Like in my area the only PS3 unit out for purchase is 659.99+tax(760.00 after tax)when I paid 430.00 for my Xbox 360 INCLUDING taxes...so thats why comments like that are made... word of advise "before commenting make sure you have the ability to look beyond whats infront of ones nose."(as in look at the overall picture not just one small piece)

I'm pumped for the movie and just finished getting let down regarding the game like when I first read up on this title I though "Wow if they pull it off it will be F@#KING awesome" but to read the above article with statements such as "But the physics engine lacked impact during combat and failed to portray the extreme force you would imagine a punch from a 30-foot robot to have." It totally took the "wind from my sails"

I agree with you Andronix..it's not clear which 2 are being compared so I really couldn't care less about this/these articles.
Even if the PS3 was only 299$ it would still be a "fancy" looking movie player because there list of AVAILABLE games is too weak...So I honestly dont think a comment such as "If the PS3 was at $299 instead of $599 the war would already be over." can be made because its a next-gen war between VIDEO GAME consoles(keyword video game)and the PS3 is severely lacking VIDEO GAMES and the Wii is great for the casual gamers but does not "cut it" for avid gamers.
