Our games are rubbish, so give us these other games you really like and we will make them rubbish too. It wont matter as you wont have any option anyway. Plus we will drip feed you the game so that £70 you would have paid turns into a year subscription for even more despite the fact you have no interest in our other rubbish games.

When you add everything together it makes sense. MS are going to own call of Duty, and although they say at the moment it will be on all platforms, this could change. But i see them staying multiplatform and offering game/DLC for free on game pass.
Sony needed an established FPS as they don’t have one of their own currently. They also need new stuff for the relaunched PS Plus. Why buy from external companies when you can offer your own DLC in your highest tier.

very happy with this. I was planning to buy Returnal and now it will be on the service. Also, this means PS5 versions of games, you didn't get these in PS Now. Shame about PS3 games still being streamed but I wasn't holding much hope they would be emulated. So for the price of 1 ps5 game £70 and £30 PS now, you get all access. (plus there will be offers and discounts)

There are a few benefits from having the external drive, if its USB 3.0 i feel it loads ps4 games slightly faster on my PS5.
PS4 games can load and play straight from the external leaving the internal free for PS5 games. Now Ps5 games can also be stored on the external which is alot faster than re downloading. Another benefit for me is that i still have my PS4pro, so i can unplug the hard drive and use it on that in the other room.
If they are making "Factions" as rumoured, why not remake the first game too. They cant just use the old models/assets as they wouldnt match the new editions. so by remaking the 1st game they get 2 birds with one stone. re-relase the 1st game and pull some costs back then throw the assets into factions. Throw factions on PSNow/PSplus as an online growing world. When the 3rd game comes out it adds more to it.

Glad this has been confirmed to continue. I do this with my youngest so they she can use my ps+, ps now and digital games. Saves having to buy 2 copies. My mate shares his account with my eldest so we can do 4 player groups in GTA.
i get single player physical discs. Multiplayer digital downloads. saves me buying 2 copies to play with the kids as we use account share.
