I love these articles lol But really, hate halo or not its gonna come out with good score reviews. Personally I love the franchise and I can't see Bungie letting their baby fall to the wayside with so many heavyhitters (MGS4, Killzone, Bioshock, Mass Effect, GTA 4 etc) coming out soon.

In 96 I was praising Sony for using the DVD format and slamming MS for having customers to pay 49 dollars for the add on to watch movies. Lumbo you're right. DVD would be a horrible format choice. From a gaming standpoint Blu Ray or HD DVD is not necessary. Next generation of gaming it definitely will be.
I'm sure you were referring to me but just to let you know I own both a ps3 and an xbox 360. In regards to MS, they should be disgraced with themselves for releasing the 360 with such poor piss quality. Every time I play I fear my system might go belly up. I will always praise the ps3 for the craftmanship in regards to the quality it carries. However, Sony has its mistakes as well. If you can honestly sit there and tell me that the main reason why Blu Ray is in the PS3 is for gaming over push...

Need? Are you guys joking me? Have we become that lazy? Need is a component necessary to ensure the game runs. Electricity is needed, a tv is needed, Blu Ray is NOT needed. Its an extremely nice convenience but it is definitely not needed. If you offered me two playstations one with blu ray and one without for $200 less Id take the one without. Why can't anyone admit its the Halo effect? You can hate the game all you want. Halo 3 is going to completely dominate 07. I'm pretty sure Sony is adding an option to use the analog sticks as an option. I mean...really...you can be the biggest ps3 fanboy but you have to admit, how completely idiotic was it for the developers to not at least give the option to turn off the sixaxis?? When Halo 3 drops the 360 is not gonna budge for a good while. Thats not a fanboy comment, that's just logically speaking. Hate Halo and the 360 however it still holds the largest install base and Halo 3 is by far its biggest game. It will move consoles and you'll see a spike in sales similar to the ps3 when it had the price drop.
