Before you ask how much it would cost to build a PC as powerful don't forget to ask how much it would also cost to make it the same size, with a disc drive and low noise level. To get a custom PC like that could cost bigggg bucks.
It is a big price tag but you get 64 costumes + 2 characters. That's only $1 something per costume. Imagine how much a 64 costume pack for Fortnite or League of Legends would cost.
I don't see the reason to complain about it. It's pretty much made for hardcore fans of the game who will be playing it a lot and want to have all the costumes. You could always buy them separately if you only want one or two but you won't get as nice of a value.

Honestly I haven't kept track of how many days it took. Some games get discounted for whatever reason even before release on Amazon. It's just an Amazon thing. RE2 and Kingdom Hearts 3 are discounted too OMG what does it mean??
