Thats what i worry about also.
SE has shown time and time again, they are incapable of making a single great console game this gen.
If they remade it, am worried they will add the auto-battle feature of FF13, LOL !!

Am annoyed that SE seems to be taking FFD into the action RPG direction.

Yes it should. To make up for FF13 and FF14, if SE wants to get their fans confidence back. They have to make it.

FF10 was last FF to have an FF standard sotry, that is an epic story.
I did not think the story of FF12 and FF13 were epic, or even good, they were mediocre . SE needs to hire proper script writers.

You know when you hate something so much, and you look at it, and in your mind you hate it and you kind of smile.
To me, ff13 is that thing.
And thats coming from a FF fan (or should i say former FF fan, dont even know if am fan anymore)
One of the things that makes FF, what it is. Is the secret hard boss battles like Emerald weapon and Omega weapon.
Now SE wants you to buy true FF experiences in parts.

I think FFX-2 was better than FF13.
It had a more fun battle system than 13. X-2 had a horrible story but i actually understood it, compared to all the confusing Falcie, Lcie, Pulse, Pulse Lcie crap in FF13

So they are probably making FF13-3 and will claim its to address the issues of FF13-2 (where they have towns, but cant go into any buildings).

But i think FFvs 13 is going to FLOP and dissapoint like FF13.
Because i have been dissapointed by SE too many times, everytime i think a game is going to make me like the series again. It just dissapoints (FF13 i thought would be that game, but it wasnt)

-Bring back strategic game play of FF1-10
-Hire some good script writers to make good stories like past FF's.
-Fire Wada and Toriyama !!!
-Bring back world map
-Bring back Airship, Chocobo's, Moogles an other FF folklore, for the FF vibe
-Bring back Mini games e.g gold saucer, tetra master, blitzball
-Secret/Hard bosses e.g Emerald Weapon. In FF13-...

Did you know that Shadow's daughter is is Relm (another playable character).
But he never tells her that throughout the game and she never ever finds out ! how bad ass is that !!!
