If you search google for 'PSN instant card' there are a few websites that sell UK and US cards. I usually use maximuscards.com
It's really easy to set up accounts for other regions and buying from the store. I'm from UK and regularly buy content from the US store if it isn't released over here yet. Any sensible Americans would have had FF IX for a few weeks now.

Well up untill tonight I had no intentions of buying Move once if was released but now I've completely changed my mind and now it's a day one purchase for sure.
