After playing Duke 3D back in the day I used to go out all the time and gun down flying pig cops and save sexy babes so I see where they are coming from. I never got any thanks either!
It's more a 3/5 than a 1/5, and I rather enjoyed the single player.

I bought an Xbox 360 in order to play this game. Although it was good and I enjoyed my time playing it, I wish I hadn't now and saved some money.
I'm the biggest Sony fanboy I know and even I think Crysis 2 gives Killzone 3 a very good run for its money. I am currently playing through Crysis 2 in 3D just as I did with Killzone 3.
It came in the box with my signature edition. And I never had any problems getting 4/5 of the trophies (maybe not bugged on PS3), the only one I'm missing is the love/hate trophy from the dlc.
Still a big maybe though.

Too expensive lol, no chance. Here in the UK a 3D TV will set you back about £600 for a 40 inch screen, and it's no doubt cheaper over the Atlantic.

There was a similar trophy in Lost Planet 2 that needed you to play online MP one year after first playing and that worked by changing the system clock, so fingers crossed that it's the same here.
