They should just can the game at this point, it's just not worth it 💀
Fairgames would say otherwise.
Not an old one but I'd throw in Reborn VR Smurai Awakens. The game was pretty buggy and I don't even think the game got patched as not even the publishers know what the devs are up to.
SHADOW TOWER MENTION!!!
Good to see the devs acknowledge it. Thoguht the gameplay was fun but I could really care less for Eve or any of the characters. Hopefully the sequel will give Eve actual personality.
So in other words, Bloodborne and Demon's Souls won't come to PC?
Simple. One actually has charm. The other doesn't.
The jokes write themselves 💀
On the same day MH Wilds recieved rave reviews, no less loo
@Knushwood Butt if you're that curious, there's only two people playing umbrella corps right now lol
It's funny how they say that the game did admirably well, and yet the game is getting shut down while Umbrella Corps is still up and running lol
Reminder that Sony Bend also pitched a Syphon Filter and Resistance reboot. Sony, in response, rejected them in favor of making them work on a live service game.
There were so many IPs Sony could have let Bluepoint work on. Legend of Dragoon, God of War, Infamous, etc.
Instead they forced thme to work on a live service game even though the team have little to no experience on that area.
Honestly, a hero shooter with heavy retro-futurism aesthetics doesn't too bad. The problem is that the art direction doesn't lean much on thata spect so it just look like (for the most part) another generic modern scifi setting. That, and the gameplay wise, it barely stands out much besides being the only hero shooter to not have ULTs. Yeah, there ar ethe variants but those feel more like a complicated intergrated verison of Paladins' talent system. That one mode where you're ...
That probably explains the trickster vocation as it feels more like a MP only class if anything lol
Regardless i hope they add more than just myltiplayer. The game is good but it feels like ut's lacking something. The story just feel like a retread of the first game but less interesting and the fact that the armor customization is less varied than the first game's (or even monster hunter's) is underwhelming. Not to mention the enemy variety is only 10-15% more t...
Really glad that it managed to atleast sell more than 1 million. That's good enough in my book. A game doesn't need to be a big hit in sales to be good. Something I wish Microsoft kept in mind in regards to Hifi Rush.
If only other companies like Sony, Microsoft, Square and Ubisoft took notes.
All we wanted from Concord was a single player (with optional co-op) shooter rpg a la Guardians of the Galaxy meets No Man's Sky. I guarantee that would have hit better with their target audience, as a lot of playstation fans aren't fully accustomed with their live service projects besides VERY few exceptions like Helldivers.
Still, I'm quite disappointed with Firewalk's closure. They should have given them another chance as a wy to redeem themselves.
Everything Hermen says can be easily summarized as "Yeah it sucks but I don't care, I want money."
I wish the best for Firewalk and hope they'll lans good jobs in the future. Despite my gripes with Concord, I was really looking forward to see if Firewalk was willing to learn from their mistakes and give sus the Concord game we all wanted. But alas...
Sad but I feel like the writing was on the wall even before the project manager's middling. In fact, the sudden exclusion on their anniversary video happened after Concord, so I'm guessing after the whole revision of their live service plan, Convallaria was unfortunately hit. Not to mention China Hero's track record with multiplayer games isn't particularly great.
