Yeah, it increased rapidly before the Wii was released. When the Wii was released, HD was a basic function of all other consoles.
I look forward to playing an hd zelda game in 2014 with the release of the wiiu2.

Why promote games when they know they can sell a shiny new hardware and make much more money? Everyone has already proven to nintendo that they want their hardware regardless of any software to back it up. I cant blame them.

Come on people, these companies are making a quick buck with something that will get actual development support for like a month after its released, tops. If you quit buying it, theyll stop selling it, and perhaps spend their time and resources on something with actual substance behind it.

L4D 1 and 2 should have both been $20 XBLA games. I bought the first, kinda liked it but when I realized there was like 4 levels I was pretty pissed. So the second one came out, and it was a huge improvement on the first, it was very different! (and by that I mean that they re-skinned the characters and environments)
Wish they would've just released this one in the first place rather than the one featuring "Xtreme Aaron Eckhart".
Seriously folks. The first Dead Rising was better, the only innovation capcom included in the second was putting more zombies on screen. It took them 4 years to come up with that. It's capcom we're talking about here....the lease innovative, most DLC-mongering pack of morons in gaming today. This makes perfect sense for them to do.
