I think them trying really anything new is a good thing. Its really about time they added something new to the formula. The gun balancing is a lot better than the last 3 games (IMO anyways). Fun game, but with GTAV having First Person im not planning on buying any other games any time soon.
They haven't announced it yet. Im pretty sure V was on Discs and Blu Rays two weeks before it came out. So my guess is in the next week it will.
If you take out the free roam aspect, i guess luigi's Mansion would make a decent arcade game.

Im waiting for the PS4 version, so i can play a stable game. Dont get me wrong i love GTAV and im amazed by what they did with these consoles. I just want a game i spent over $200 on (CE & CE Strat Guide) to run when i try to start it. I want to play GTA V but my ps3 STRUGGLES. I cant wait to pop it in my PS4 and just go ape S***!

@blackbeld - I think if you were to ask a lot of fans of third person open world games, they would say GTA has way better gameplay.
You do have to remember The First Person Aspect now!!!
First person is very hard to play without assisted aiming on a console.
