Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't DayZ look like shit? How can a PS3 or 360 not run something like this?
I'm aware that it has a large player count, but MAG for PS3 had a large player count and the graphics were about as good as DayZ's.
To me, this seems obvious. Someone tell me the catch as I've clearly not got it yet...

Of course It's not just about graphical quality and processing power, it's about presentation, art-direction, getting the most out of the hardware you're working on. You're missing the point of the term 'visuals'. It doesn't matter that it's going to look better on PC, it's most likely that the titles on that list will also look great on consoles too....

Exactly, if Crytek think that the first next-gen title is this; then it's going to be a very disappointing generation of gaming. Improve on things that need improving, like AI and character animations etc, rather than subliminal improvements like this.
What have Apple users been through? A better OS that craps on Windows, better running interface, better build quality.
