Finished this today, took me 4.5 hours minus cut scenes. In all honesty it felt like the right length any longer would have been a tad too much. The game is phenomenal either way and you'll get countless hours out of the multi-player.
Now to write that review...

Yea there are a few temp fixes around however changing the application priority will vary from PC to PC(its pretty much like brute forcing your way through the problem instead of resolving it), currently the best method to at least play Single player is to start steam in offline mode and boot it up that way.
So tragic, hopefully it gets sorted soon.

This is the only game I own on the 3ds and its pretty horrid tbh(the game itself is actually a pretty faithful port), there are practically no people playing on "Pro" mode online and "Lite" mode is just full of god tier charge (zero recovery) characters spamming the touch screen.
