okay, well no wonder they we're sold out that's not a lot at all considering sony's ps3 launched with 250,000 and had 2million in circulation within 8 weeks. so to put it simply, the ps3 sold faster and more units then the 360 did when it launched.. i didn't know that... hmm.

i used disc doctor on my fight night round three after someone stepped on it and slid it across the tiled floor, it works fine, the dd isn't strong enough to remove what it takes off the bottom to harm the data on the disk...
for those who are unaware... MGS cutscenes have ALWAYS been using the in game engine. perhaps not on the 360, but on ps1 and ps2 the cutscenes were always rendered real time through the engine. the reason being that it saves massive space that would otherwise be taken up by video files.
so all of the people who are complaining they want to see in game footage to see the graphics, we'll folks, technically everything you are seeing is in game footage, the only difference is cinem...

think about it... so thats 4.5 mil in the US, maybe what 2mil in canada, another 2mil in europe and 1mil in japan? that's not gonna take long to overcome given the size of those nations... technically speaking, that means in the states the ps3 is only behind 3.5 million units.. thats actually not too bad, considering they will take japan, and in march possibly europe i have a different outlook now..

I'm glad that this time Sony is pushing ahead and succeeding in the Media Format War. As videogamers, movie watchers and technoheads I'm sure all agree it's refreshing to hear that the superior format is taking the lead.
