Call of Duty on consoles does have 60 fps, but not all the time, it dips on multiple occasions.
Yes it is possible to reach constant 1080p and 60fps with the latest, and greatest Frostbite engine, YOU USE THE GTX TITAN /s

Though I'm mainly a PC Gamer (aswell as playing Playstation for games that are exclusives) I think the PS4 is a pretty strong console. Mid-range PC at best, to be exact.
I'm a PC gamer, but I also love my PS3, but what I have seen from my fellow PC Gamers is saddening. PS4 I believe can be compared to a mid-high range PC from the specs I've seen. No matter what though, I will always love my Playstation for those great exclusives it always gets!
