Do we really need handhelds anymore? I think the Iphone 4s has made this irrelevant. Games like infinity blade already have graphics comparable to consoles and once the Iphone 5 is released it's going to make the vita outdated and irrelevant.
Why carry around 2 devices when you can carry one and have it more powerful and better supported.

I would say Nintendo do what they do better then anybody else especially when it comes to level design(mario galaxy). In saying that they are weak in certain areas such as story telling.
