I agree with you except for the overclock.
Reason one, you said it yourself its not like a PC. This means they are not giving the over clock directly to the gpu but instead to the over all system.
Reason two, if you dont give that performance boost to the dedicated gpu then it will not take full advantage of it.
Reason three, since the over clock needs to be spread that means that games no longer have the major dips. All they did was manage to fix t...
Wrong.
Adding 53mhz to a the gpu means that they managed to fix the frame rate drops in Ryse. I know because i played it at comic-con. Also this boost is a soft over clock meaning it was done through the software instead of the motherboard BIOs.
Also the memory being used on the one is ddr3 which current pc gpus ditched almost 6 years ago. While the ps4 is using dedicated video memory. (GDDR5)
direct x 11 is best utilized when combined with a dedica...
Wrong. A dedicated gpu needs both clock and memory. Whats the point of having large amounts of memory if the clock speed can't render it.
If you have too much of one thing you run into a bottleneck issue. Meaning no amount of memory or clock speed can elevate it. There needs to be a balance of both.
The only reason they added the clock speed boost was to balance out the memory shortage or excess of it. Depending on the hardware.
The 12GB rumor is not a rumor. It only became a Rumor because people wanted it to become true.
The origin of the 12GB rumor comes from the DevKits the developers received. The 12GB helps the developers relieve some of the stresses of development.
It is really low that they would add more ram to a console considering it cost them a boat load of money when they did it with the 360. They went from 256gb to 512gb.
Also if they did add the RAM they run the risk of adding...

2 570's in SLI is almost on par with one single GTX 670. There is no way they were struggling. Unless you have a bad CPU that is bottlenecking them or, playing at resolutions over 1080p In that case then yes, I can understand and take what I said back.
The most demanding game currently is Metro Last Light and Crysis 3.
Metro with my current setup of 570's in SLI eats the game up nicely. The only thing I turn down is the A.A. I can run that game with v-synch on...
Cloud is cool and all. I wonder how long it will take the ISP's to catch this though. I mean they are going to want a cut from this cloud cake for damn sure. Will this mean higher internet prices or the eventual internet caps we all do not want and or fear.
Yes its possible but your resolution is deff not at 1080p. Your fps would be almost unplayable. At least below 30 possibly even reaching low 20's at 1080p. You would be turning down some of the dx 11 features as well. Since that card doesnt support the features.
Not sure if this is true, but a comment mentions that it reads. Leading not Reading. It was also confirmed by the mod and a couple other people with in the comments.
NEVERMIND.
As a pc gamer. I personally like to sacrifice looks for better airflow. If it means better airflow awesome. computer hardware number one enemy is Heat.

Gamescon and TGS are around the corner. I dont think they are sweating it too much. They can "re-introduce" it there. They dont need a dedicated conference. Nothing else major has changed since the DRM reversal. So some footnotes and side notes at Gamescon and TGS can cover it.
This makes a whole lot more sense considering the date is August 3rd-4th. I still thought my PEGGLE 2 comment was funny.I just thought of this image from seeing the logo thats why.

True but this is console gaming we are talking about. I love my PC but most console gamers dont see it this way.
So, For first party games you cant really do that. Unless you actually want to turn away from your screen.
I do that now with the current first party gen games. But, this is where you can actually call it "convenience".
you no longer have to look at a different screen to watch that awesome touchdown or Homerun. you can just shift your eye slightly ...
Depends on the build. If you buy a cheapo pc that cost ~300 bucks with out a dedicated gpu and cpu for gaming. Then no. I wouldnt consider that pc a "gaming" pc. Its an office/school work pc.
I know Ill get down voted for this for sure, but anyway...
You kinda of contradicted yourself here. Especially when you said that you like a phone that does more then just "talk".
Currently I have a Samsung Galaxy S4.
My skype, youtube, netflix, ESPN, MLB network and my TV settings/accounts are all integrated into it. I can turn on my tv with my phone I can change inputs on my phone. etc...
If you dont have a phone that can do all that then I guess ye...
I use to say the same thing. Then I saw and played Knack at Comic-con and i must say. I was rather surprised. That game was actually fun. It deff reminded me of the crashes and spyros. The videos online dont do these games justice. This applies to the ones I saw at comic-con. I can only imgaine how killzone would look like on my 120hz tv.
Knack deff has a toy story 2 look to it.
Ryse looks really freaking good too. Needs a lot of work still or else i dont see it getting high...
That is why i compared it to a 660 ti. Which only need/require less then 300 watts.
A single gtx 570 at 1.25 gb is just below it considering that gpu was released in 2010. If the rumors are true about being able to have games that run with 3 gb then my single GTX 570 will do ok. All it means is that the new entry level gpu may no longer be a gtx 560 ti, but a gtx 570. Personally i dont like having entry level cards on my PC. I always like having a step or two above it. Thats why ill ...
From the pictures tht were released it was just Lococycle game. Not the others.
