it was going to cost, and to get an extra job & save some money, cause this ps3 has it all,,, my point being no flaw in marketing just who ever can get it now get it because its a 10 year console the first 3 years will be geared for PSN updates and add on's and yes games and movies but getting everything working right and dev's knowing how to use the system, i think sony is going according to the plans first set out, they saved advertising money in the first year and a half, the top games...

MS could make a 1 or 2 game bundle with 20 or 40 dollars off the retail price and it could work,the system price is close to the same but the games cost could be 50 dollars off
its a few ways they could do a price cut looking into the math , i see it with arcade they give you a few games with the new core a few dollars off the systems retail price and how much are those games if brought from live arcade by themselves?

learn to fill up a full dvd first, thats why no drive was standard, because you know who knew not many devs could fill up a dvd let alone an HD-DVD and lets not talk about the space blue ray could produce again not just a few devs out of many, get close to most devs filling them up , thats why we have games under 9 gigs in the 97 percental range or more

to get on-line, grant it damage has been talked about for a few years and we know poly will do it right or wait until they can before it is added to the series, i HOPE it will be in the final version of GT5 i can't see it happening before then, without a patch to fix the patch

i have to agree, GT4 should have received on-line , but GT5 and Prologue are stepping up with on-line i can wait and i have been already no problem just make it happen for the FULL version when ever it comes out and i will be a happy RaceSIMER,LOL
