the problem is nintendo instead of adapting to the where the industry is headed is trying to differentiate themselves.
Miyamoto has been very outspoken about this.
which is ok. but when you do that theres a lot of risk involved. they had a hit with the wii with the whole motion control thing.
but as you can see this mentality has now cost them. wii u although not a complete disaster has been pretty abysmal. they've completely alienated a ...
Does NA Even Stand a Chance?
"no"
moving on thats all that needs to be said.
its going to kill a game that came out a year ago? or the forza franchise as a whole?
what does that make GT then? that's already a well established circuit racer that's competing against forza.
driveclub seems like the odd man out and doesn't have its own identity, unless this game blows us away people will associate it with a lesser version of GT.
in my opinion they should have made driveclub an open world racer. and have GT as ...
kind of a low blow i guess
but it doesn't even make sense
a track racer vs an open world racer completely different things.
but why didnt they allow early reviews of this game like forza did? lack of confidence?
i bet those kids were hoping to get to ride in one of those lol.
is it like an mmo, where you'll be driving around and you'll see random players?
ive been hearing the same thing from people who've tried it.
as for the graphics isn't it the whole united states? u can drive open world? so something had to take a hit.
as for the handling, yeah people seem to share your same concerns.
really guys?
"omggg he has a different opinion he must be trolling!!!"
stop being so close minded. this is just my initial impression from watching the video. and i've actually dug a little deeper to see if my concerns are warranted
it seems the devs themselves have quoted "It won't be as open as Dark Souls 2" and that game wasn't even open world. So in some form I do think this game will be somewhat linear and...
the controls seems a little clunky, sometimes weren't responding
and it had hiccups in a couple places.
man if they can even those out this is will be a very cool feature, i heard destiny actually runs pretty well on the vita.
wish there was just one gaming news site we could just trust 100%
well you have people like theRadBrad literally going start to finish showing the whole game even the cutscenes.
he seems to be able to do that with all the new AAA games. he must have some deal going. hes now doing it with this game and his videos havent been taken down.
looks like a mindless hack and slash also very linear. hack down an enemy move one rinse and repeat until you reach the end and face a boss. then do it all again in the next level.
is there any variety to the combat? and will the story be intriguing enough to keep you interested? is there even a story?
i really hope this isn't all that's to it. not trying to sound like troll or a hater just some concerns.
is the ui getting a complete overhaul?
also what apps would be useful on a console that arent already on the system?
some things to consider.
the gameplay just looks so fluid for an indie game
and the story seems to have heart.
its no wonder Microsoft is marketing the crap out of this.
i hope this sells well on the xbox one so games that arent "bro shooters" can prove that they do well.
theres that new one where tribes are hunting like medal dinosaurs or something.
guess they've given up on killzone.
so you're saying they're smarter then us and dont just blindly buy consoles without any killer software support?
no xbox games
one ps4 game
and handhelds are just killing it.
Super smash bros for 3ds is selling amazing wonder how well thats going to sell over here.
god, those console numbers are abysmal.
about 1k people bought an xbox one. in the entirety of japan, that's just pitiful.
and its not even xbox, the best ps4 can do for a week is 8k?
what is wrong with this country. just pathetic numbers all around.
really why couldnt they just list all 12 on one or two pages?
god i hate sites that do this.
i somewhat agree with you. didn't care about lasky at all.
and i thought forward unto dawn sucked
but i dont think halo 4s story was based around it at all. Lasky took a back seat for the most part.
Nightfall has a bigger budget and better production values so hopefully it turns out better. But you might be right about this one, are we going to care about agent locke if we dont watch nightfall?
