im guessing this is probably the same exact marketing deal sony had with activision for destiny.
i guess their plan was to take out all the cool elements of the story and throw them into dlcs.

GOW4 will undoubtedly move units. however considering xbox ones current position, its desperately needs these exclusives to have any chance this gen to remain relevant and not have ps4 be the runaway "go to system" this gen.

every exclusive they've released so far has been met with criticism from enough people to warrant it credible
but i guess thats like any game, but i'd say sony still hasnt released that killer "AAA" exclusive that has been extremely well received.

black tusk studios is smaller then 343 and they've just now begun the development of gears of war 4.
so if this were a thing many of the staff and resources will be going into making this collection instead of allocating all resources into GOW4 further delaying the game.
Its already looking like a 2017 game, are you guys suggesting they should push it back even further to make this...

well i think people want to, but i heard users keep stumbling into a lot of roadblocks and cant figure out what to do and just give up.
idk about this game, its looks like a game you play 2 hours and it starts getting stale.

i slightly agree, seems like each section is just a start to finish linear levels.
the combat does look pretty stale, although this is only one portion of the game, you'll obviously get more weapons to diversify your arsenal.
still interested to see more though but remain skeptical. but nothing ive seen really stands out for the hype its getting.
