Cheat codes. I'd love to be able to dial a phone number and have an Aston Martin in my driveway, or fix my car, or be completely invincible.
Lightsabers aren't exclusively video game items, but it would be cool to have one.
The Apple from the Assassin's Creed games would be nice.
Cole's electrical powers.
Solid Snake's bandana, or Stealth Camo. The OctoCamo would be awesome, too.
The UFO in Saint's Row 2.
The garage...
Haven't read the article yet, but I have to agree with the headline. Getting a free copy of AC1 with my copy of Ac:Revelations was definitely a nice bonus.
Okay. After reading the article, I have to agree. Free games would be worth the price of buying a special edition. The only condition would be that I actually want the new game. If GTAV came with free copies of all the GTAs from the PS2, then I'd preorder that. As for Resident evil, I've never been terribly fon...
10k kills in Resistance 2?
The Trail of Corpses trophy in Prototype: 53,596 kills.
@FunandGun
That was the idea. All these people paying for Live are now unable to afford Sony's next console. So they have to get the NextBox to keep their Live going.
So how much would YOU pay for twelve games?
Or here's a thought.
Sony is promising three free games per month with PS+. These are full games, not demos or trials or minis.
No full game sells on psn for less than $10 that I know of.
3*10=30
There are twelve months in a year.
30*12=360
Playstation Plus is $50 a year.
360-50=310
So with PS+, you will save at least $310 over buying the games retail.
And let...
Uncharted 4: Guns of the Patriots.
Brilliant! Get Nolan Hayter on the phone!
Not a good idea... I would hate to see Chloe as a cyborg ninja.
On the other hand, Solid Drake could carry as many guns as he wants.
I'd give my right eye for Kojima's brain.
One more thing: don't put so much effort into making the guns 'balanced.' That just makes them all the same. Screw balance. Go for realism. If a gun is overpowered in the game, then it's overpowered out here in the real world.
Let's throw in a bit more realism: if racing games can do full damage let's see it in the shooters. Broken bones, failed organs, missing limbs, eviscerations, and some great big gaping holes left by 7.62 hollow points. Let's...
Sucker Punch had better come up with a plausible continuation of InFamous 2's ending.
Most likely the hero ending.
Based on the pigeons.
Yes I got them all.
Does that answer all of your questions?
Addendum: after reading the story I've come to the conclusion that wild speculation is a good way to get hits. MoCapped actors are only indicative that Sucker Punch is working on SOMETHING. Give me more evidence before you dangle something li...
Only ever refused to delete one save. I actually finished FF7, had to get a new memory card for that one.
I gave up on all but one Resident Evil, and DCUO.
Apart from Force Unleashed (1&2) I've only completed terrible demos.... oh, and the first Warhawk.
I've not only scored a tetris, I've scored Tetris+. Cleared 12 lines at once.
No. Never blamed the controller.
I talk to the TV quite a bit.
Never did any of the others. I&...
"Timed exclusivity is not the evil practice some people make it out to be."
I agree, but it is kind of dumb. Why make Joe Fanboy wait for the new map pack just because he doesn't feel like springing for a 360?
It just seems kind of silly, if I had to choose between paying for a 360 or waiting a few weeks for the PS3 version, I'll just wait.
Edit (just because I'm out of bubbles): I like the Hawking reference in the title.
I see that now. So not "just plain wrong," as I originally said.
I still think it's crazy that I actually remember the 20 year old flap over Street Fighter II: Special Champion Edition/ SFII: Turbo.
I also remember hearing a rumor that Capcom was planning on releasing the SNES version first all along.
Your bit about SFII is just plain wrong. I know this, because I was there. I saw it happen.
The original SFII was a SNES exclusive. It was never released on Genesis.
After the arcade release of SFII: Champion Edition, a version for the Sega Genesis was announced, several months later SFII Turbo was released and a port was announced for the SNES. This made the genesis people very upset. So SFII Turbo rules were added to the Sega version, as well as ten different speed setting...
Both. A hardcore player becomes skilled by playing a lot.
Look at Tetris. People see it as a 'casual' game, but.... hang on a sec.
(Looking at Tetris Leaderboard)
Zin_ss has over 1.5 million points. He currently sits at the top of the Tetris leaderboard. He would be a hardcore player.
I, on the other hand, am ranked 30065 with 375,702 points, whis isn't nearly as impressive; if such a thing could be said about a Tetris score.
There are no hardcore games, only hardcore players.
I might have to write a blog to elaborate on this....
Hey, that's right! The Frogs were all women.
I actually managed to pull off a similar comment on the VERY SAME subject matter WITHOUT ruining the endings for people.
You're not being punished for dying. You're being punished for messing up and getting yourself killed.
It's a small but significant difference.
Well... but.... there's only room for ten women in a Top Ten list.
I can agree though. Maybe replace Lightning with The Boss.
The rumors abd speculation aren't really Rockstar's fault.
Blame the sites fishing for hits with rumors and speculation.
