I wouldn't say the Vita is crappy, and it's too early to tell who's going to kick whose butt, but I agree with you on everything else.
Stop spouting your ignorance off as fact. You seem to do that a lot.
I don't believe any consoles have the best exclusives, mostly because it's all a matter of opinion.
There's no doubt that Nintendo has good exclusives, but the PS3 and XBox also have great games. It's different for everyone.
If this movie bombs, hopefully their egos will deflate a bit.
"Anyone can go out and buy a Nintendo Wii, but that does not make them a real gamer, so it doesn’t seem right to have them walking amongst people who are buying games like God of War, Halo, Bayonetta, LittleBigPlanet, Uncharted, Fable, and Gears of War, people who are true gamers."
Wow. Her arrogance knows no bounds.
Hopefully they'll change when the Wii U comes out.
I remember reading that they will release it about 6 months after the start of the beta. If what I read was true, and the beta starts in August, that would mean it would release sometime in or around February.
Can't wait for it either way. :)
I think it has something to do with the economy. Lots of people don't want to gamble with a new IP when money is tight. They buy something they know they're going to like, which means more money for the company.
@Sackboy - You obviously don't know Nintendo very well.
Sure, a lot of their games have Mario in it. That doesn't mean they're all the same. For each new main Mario and Zelda game they try to do something completely different than the previous one.
The power one is true, but you don't need power to make good games. Sure, it helps, but you don't need it.
Probably because they're not final yet.
An ending to the greatest video game series of all time?
NEVER!
You got it backwards.
So the greatest game developer of all time needs to retire?
Do you realize all of the things that he has done for the gaming industry? More than anyone else, that's for sure.
This also confirms that nobody but Nintendo knows what's inside it and what the specs will be. With Sega saying that the older dev kits are "quite powerful", I wonder how powerful the final build will be?
Only time (and Nintendo) will tell.
First I hear it's 1 generation old, then it's the latest, and now it's 3 generations old.
I say let's just wait until Nintendo says what it is. Until then, we can only guess what's inside it.
Even without nostalgia, they're still great games.
I'm excited for the increased difficulty. Twilight Princess was a little too easy in my opinion.
They may be underachieving in graphics, but they are overachieving in everything else. At least in my opinion.
@Neckbear - Couldn't have said it better.
And yet they're still more innovative than Sony and Microsoft.
After reading all the great previews everyone has been writing about it, I actually wouldn't be surprised if it is better than Ocarina of Time.
But, like ZoidsRaven said, we'll see.
