Easier said then done, you need a multi billion dollar company to invest in your project and in return they get to sell more hardware.
From the thumbnail I thought it was a new ubisoft game.
Focus should be on the software not the hardware, it just makes more work for the developers, games already take to long to release, it doesn't matter if you have the most powerful hardware in the world but all you do is wait for the games to release.
Looks liek re4 with a upgraded graphics engine
If forward and backward compatibility can be guaranteed by console makers then maybe.
Still waiting on this gens essential/platinum/golds equivalent range of games to become available before I jump in this gen, being late with my ps3 purchase(2009) gave me a lot of games to choose from and great value as well, just a pity I had to replace the console 3 times, but still had some great gaming memories/experiences.
Ps.
Just call on the Dude to settle things down, but most people know what his going to say ;)
I don't hink we should rule out seeing Ciri again in cyberpunk 2077, anything is possible with the lore/backstory of her character.
Awesome, so the the publishers cut edition will be $60 ?
I agree, their only selling the name, they don't have the balls to try anything new or creative, they should stick the remastering those games they forgot how to make.
The only way to improve is through repetition.
The game doesn't need a trailer, it needs a release date.
This gen is all about people arguing about graphics/720pvs900pvs1080p, which console is more powerful, while no ones noticed how shallow and uninspired games have become, with a lot less content on offer then What we've been use to, you can have the most realistic graphics in the world in your games, but it won't guarantee a great gaming experience, also why do we want realism in our games, isn't that why we game, to get away from real life ?
Look how long game...
They should call it Prey: resurrection ;) ,
Still great news, if true.
.... I'd say the answer would be yes.
From the amount of sequels/re boots, new ip's this gen using the mobile f2p business scheme on top of the standard retail $60, on top of dlc's, on top of mt's and the season passes, as well as the day 1 patching for a lot of AAA titles(incomplete, broken), its become very anti consumer with very little respect for the end user, the bubble is going to burst eventually, not all bubbles at once, but distrust will grow with publishers going for bigger and bigger profit margins versus ...
Online no, coop yes
Maybe they should buy ND like M$ bought Rare ?
Getting 3dmark to work on the ps4 would be very interesting, being able to compare hardware,cpu/gpu processing performance and give some insight on how optimization works with multiplatform titles this gen.
Film noir or something more scifi maybe
Anyone watch an old youtube vid where people at a lan party throws out a cheating gamer ? , both him and his pc got bounced hard, now that's how you deal with a cheater.
