Lol, Sony could probably raise the PS4 price by $ 80 and it would still be selling well. You dont have to be a rocket scientist to know basic economics say when your products is not selling, you lower the price. At this rate the X1 will be $299 come next holidays. Called it.

Competition is always a good thing, but in order to compete you need a product that competes in performance and price point. $500 for lesser hardware is not a very fair fight.
