Arrogance is what happened, they came in with the success of the 360 behind them and thought they knew what was good for gamers. Always online, no used games, weaker hardware, Kinect and all at a price higher than the PS4. Unfortunately it appears they have not let go of that arrogance.

The key words in your argument is if MS can LEARN from their MISTAKES and dont tell us MS isn't hard headed, arrogant and they dont think they know whats good for gamers and always try and push their agenda on gamers. Kinect, always on, no used games, subsciptions, etc. They're like the Apple of video games companies.
Its pretty clear what their focus is going into the end if this gen and the start of the next is. Less about games and gamers and more about going full digital only, always online and subscription based sales model. If thats what YOU prefer ( and I mean You, MS can do no wrong superfan) then thats fine and dandy but we already know what happened last time they tried pushing it on gamers in general.
Well I'm not worried, I think its great that MS is losing this gen hopefully this makes them takes chances and change things for the better.
