Peak RAM speed is not the same as constant RAM speed. It's like turing on your water hose all the way real fast then closing it again, you'll get one big shot of water then it will go back down.

RAM means nothing round these parts bra, anyware else you see people talk about anything to do with PCs and even smartphones, RAM size and type is a factor. Why ? Whats the big deal ? You see the same thing with 360 and Call It Doodie. Only question is will the 360 version be gimped on purpose by Rockstar like the PS3 version of COD is by the hacks over at Infinity Ward and Treyarch.
