No, there are several Move only games such as Sports Champions, The Fight, that party game whose name escapes me, etc.
The optional games are for Killzone 3, GT5, etc.
To Activision, their high prices are a feature, not a bug. Prices that get in the way of them selling stuff at high prices is the bug.
