I believe Remedy said that Alan Wake is no longer a 'sandbox' game. Alan Wake still has open world elements between missions. I believe during the day, the player may interact with other NPCs in the town of Bright Falls.
Whats wrong with Alan Wake? Sure, it doesn't look as good as Uncharted 2, but it does look very slick for an open world game. To each his own.. I guess. ;)
Hmm... I never payed to much attention to the GTA: Chinatown games. It looks very cool indeed. But I doubt I will buy it. But, I will see if I can play this at my friends house :). Nice job Rockstar! Cheers to you! :D

Very interesting read. I think the most immersive game I have ever played in my gaming years, has to be Max Payne 1 & 2. The Film Noir aspect was amazing. From it's comic like cut scenes, strong voice-over narration, dark and thrilling soundtrack, excellent gunplay with awesome slow-mo effects... It will be very interesting how developers push "Immersion" to a whole new level.

Since I already have one. I will take that one, sell it, and get the Modern Warfare 2 edition, replace my current 360, find a buyer, and sell my old 360! Seriously, even if you already have a 360 or you are a sony fan(boy) (Sorry, dont get mad), you cannot turn down a free 360. Lol! :D

Without a doubt, Heavy Rain looks beast! The character animations and models look very top-notch. God Of War III looks very awesome to. At a whopping 1080p, I think GOWIII can pull of a better visual feet than Uncharted 2. Alan Wake looks great too. Splinter Cell: Conviction.... Meh... Could go either way. I don't think it has that much of a visual punch than the games I mentioned. Though it does look fairly nice. :)
PS... Props to Naughty Dog for creating such an awesome game....

I have seen a lot of gameplay trailers of Borderlands... I have yet to pick this game up. But I will be sure to check this game out once I have have enough money... :)

Well, Gears of War does actually have a story you know. Don't tell me you only bought the game for it's multiplayer? Though, I guess people could have just bought it for the multiplayer because Gears 1 multiplayer was kick ass. If Epic makes a Gears Of War 3 (Which is pretty obvious at this point), I will still buy it because I want to of course, "finish the fight"... And I hear that Gears 3 might be on the next generation consoles.. So we'll see.... :)
Man, believe it or not... I still play this game. It's not as bad as it was before all the updates. Sure, epic games did screw up the multiplayer a little, but I still find it quite enjoyable playing Gears 2. I find matches pretty quick, unlike when Gears 2 first came out... It took FOREVER to find a match. I still play horde because its still pretty cool to play with random people. But ODST's firefight it still my main priority... damn endure achievement!!
And plus, Im getting...
