the reason they are even mad about it is because of the more labor and cost they have to put to clean the mess up
someone is making a mess in your house and its costing you money to clean it up anyone would get mad
the way i see it in my head for a 100$ platinum service that is OPTIONAL you get gold + a few bells and whistles and 1 game a year that would sound reasonable
if anything everyone rushing out to buy it cheaper just proves that people have a problem with the price hike
