I don't think that stability is the problem especially after playing Guilty Gear Xrd on the ps4....Zero problems with the netcode.
Also, you don't seem to know that all fighters use peer to peer connection so i really doubt that servers were the problem.
Correct me if i'm wrong but isn't the xb1 the lead platform (for whatever reason) and MKX tournaments will be using XB1 when every other fighter will be using PS4's as the platform of choi...

Everyone who takes fighting games seriously will go to the training mode and put the characters he is struggling against him to learn what's punishable and the in's and out's of that said character.

Meh, the story was too Michael Bay-ish for me.
I don't know about the other characters but Raiden's brutality is basically one of his special moves which is D , F , 2 BUT you must execute a small amount of motions/moves after you do the special move.
Much like King's chain throws from Tekken.

If you want to use a ranged weapon then get the ps4 version
your aim will be more accurate with the ds4.
It's like Monster Hunter but with a decent story.....love it.

^^^^this alone makes this Tekken a much much different game than the previous games.
New get up options for the downed player.
New "Screw" moves.
New crush moves (armoured moves) and rage arts.

If you want to play other fighters on your PC then buy a stick instead, but if you just want to play MK then stick with the pads.
Their goal is to have 40+ characters. Currently the roster sits at 24 so i really doubt that they'll make all of them dlc. Maybe some but definitely not all.
