Group rewards has relativley been done but not to such an extent. Spawning on your team mates has been done for a long long time.
Power play stuff is totally original and awesome.

i dunno why people complain bout the car list its amazing. It might not seem good for a normal player but for a car enthusiast it is perfect. Over 30 LM race cars, LM prototypes, Group-B rally racing, Historic cars, Muscle cars, Open wheel cars etc. Forza 3 might have an updated list but their car list is poor. No proper skylines and hardly any classic cars.
