It is not an exploit,.. It is called grinding/farming
There is always infinite amount,.. all he is doing is grinding 1-1,.. there are way better ways with chalices

mostly depends of size and closeness of the screen,.. but yeah difference is significant on native resolution,.. not only reso of rendering but 1:1 pixel assets,.. textures etc,..
In any case there are less jaggies,.. and why pay the same (or more) for technically less

They should add some kind of Casual mode ,.. where you can save at least once,..or a way to add other skills to everyone Amazing game,.. but basically maxing out everything for hours and hours,.. and getting killed hurts even more than in fromsoftware games,.. basically had to restart too many times,.. because first character has awesome stats

About as likely as God of War 3-4 coming to PC,..Maybe in a decade, when there is a PS4 emulator and you can brute force it,..
