I can't help but feel you're basing this off PS not having exclusive triple A games...now or in the works. If you think it's a war on games then there's definitely going to be a battle, indeed. The power gap however appears to be 100% settled.
There's going to be uncomfortable wake up call for you this gen, especially if you didn't own a PS3. ;O.

What should be more worrying is that this is basically a port of a last gen game. Realising this doesn't paint a particularly good picture for the XB1.
Hope for the sake of the Gears fans that they take good care of the IP. Would question it as well if one of my favourite IPs suddenly started getting made by a different dev.

I agree. Stick to close circuit racing with a map to choose the events and get rid of the bouncing car crash mode, that was god awful. What happened to the junctions and the level of skill you had to have to glide your car all the way over to the '4X'.
Next gen Burnout game like Burnout 3: Takedown would be godly. Oh and day 1.

Ps+ provides the most recent games so a lot of great stuff most likely. February PS+ is already stacked with a few games I missed last year. To the backlog they go!

There's always a chance that the next one could be. A lot like how Uncharted suddenly gave into multiplayer in the end.
This is a first wave game so Sucker Punch have a lot of time to figure out a decent multiplayer(if needed)to apply to their game. The gen has just started, anything could happen.
I just want a solid base single player game from the get go. There seems to be a worrying trend of multiplayer only games coming into this gen.
I'm so god damn happy. It means they don't have to waste resources by tacking it on. I'm always all for single player experiences that you can play again and again without needing to rely on a connection to play.
