how about this, both are bad.... Activision and EA alike.....
sony has a cloud tv service coming up...im pretty sure that this thing is going to play a role for such a service along side PS4 and the vita.
Well heres the thing...if they got stuck with microsoft, they would of been making halo games all year round.
the problem here is the Activision side of this.. if this is true, then Activision must of played a big role here, and a negative one to add that.

being able to party up from home to a game was one of the ideas. only a few games did it, and that was because the PS3 didnt have such extensive features just like the PS4 has right now. Home would obviously work 50x better on PS4 than on PS3 especially, with all of the promised features that were supposed to be in there in the first place.

That game came out in a different era when the fps genre where not a big deal yet. Standards have raised since then. If halo 1 where to come out for the first time ever now, people would have a different reaction to it.

they just both bad period. lets not just leave EA as the worst company, both are terrible. They both close out studios to their benefit, they milk their games with DLC like crazy, they both wanted DRM to happen, i can go on and on.
the only difference is, EA does it in the open as if they dont give a crap what we think, until they start losing $$$
