The Matrix Tilogy is confirmed to come out this year on BLu-Ray and also Batman Begins, its not being released immediately because Warner Brothers is learning on Blu-Ray Java, Profile 1.1, and 1.2 capabilities, that way they can port the special Features those movies had to Blu-Ray, Any HD-DVD movie that had HD-DVD HDi Capabilities is going to have a delay time for them to get ported to Blu-Ray.
I dont know how this got approved, I mean I want this to happen, but until we get an official response, we cant just party yet.

its nice to see that they are taking advantage of the SPUs, thats what every PS3 owner whats to see. the Farcry team is doing what insomniac did with resistance 1 and what they are doing with resistance 2, move their physics engines to the SPUs. PS3 owners will possibly get what High End PC owners are going to get(expect for crazy PC graphics) a game thats not a port from the 360. PC>PS3>360 thats the way to make a multiplatform game thats comming from the PC.
Blu-Ray is the Sucessor to DVD, HD-DVD is now a dead format. Netflix was possibly the only place to rent HD-DVDs, ever since Warner announced that they were going Blu-Ray only this May, They executed a domino effect against a format that is now going to be extinct. its just a matter of time when consumers start making the jump to HDTV and Blu-Ray, just as how people made the jump from VHS to DVD. you know its bound to happen.
