Maybe they are trying to slow it down more with the game reveal, especially since they got two big hitters coming out this year
Because with more power from both console people expect it now.
PC has been doing it and with everyone hyping the next console (Especially you MS fans that swear up and down XSX is more powerful then a pc) to be just as good or better then the pc, you would expect more the 30fps.
