This game came out 2017. I think the did a good job of keeping the player base for a game that is 7 years old already. I jumped on last week and it’s changed so much. I was lost for almost an hour until I decided to look it up.

Playing it now and it’s not so bad, but I’ve just started so maybe it will get worse

I have a family to raise. I can’t just buy games that I won’t be able to play after a month due to being DOA.
It’s tough times right now and will be selfish of me to just lavishly spend money on what ever I want.
I thought it was a pretty good month, then I saw time splitter. It made it so much better. I always wanted to play this game but never did
something I’ve noticed more after years of gaming is games now a days don’t have that “game” charm and I honestly blame the gamers.
We demanded realistic and graphics but forgot the important thing and that’s fun.
Big games now a days is to serious or lack originality. Hell even MS is trying to copy Sony with their “Story driven” realistic games after years of them and their fans saying those are boring.
I often find myself playing more indie now.
Agreed what you’re saying on the $40 campaign, but honestly I’m just so over narrative driven games lately. Don’t get me wrong I like me a good GOW, Spider-Man, Horizon, etc but lately I needed some dumb get in get out game and this game is perfect. It’s fun, easy to pick up and charming in a way for me.
That’s why I’ve been playing a lot of state of decay and Diablo lately. Just stupid fun.
I get what you’re saying and I’ve always been the one to support, but with the way the economy is, I can’t just randomly buy games like that right now. I got to take care of the family before my hobby if you get what I mean.
