So I've been thinking a lot the past days and being that my mind wandered to JPRG's and why most of them suck in PS3 compared to the glory days of PS2 JPRG's .
So where does sony leave JRPG's in this gen?
During the PS2 days, JRPG's didn't have to worry about gameplay and graphics gameplay...
I would say for people go back a generation and pick up one of the fantastic jRPGs the PS2 has to offer instead of PS3 JRPG...
Gran Turismo 5 180 k"
Are you fracking joking? That's fracking HORRIBLE HORRIBLE pre-orders. PS3 flagship title, and it hasnt pre-orders 200 k in the USA yet?
Looking good, but i do hope for better controls this time (crap controls IMO), not like the heavy controls in Killzone 2, more colors would also help, but the controls is very important..
"Street Fighter IV's producer Yoshinori Ono, when asked in an interview about the matter, stated "Let's set the record straight: In North America, Poison is officially a travesty. But in Japan, she simply tucks her business away to look female."
XD
Ninja Theory is making Devil May Cry?
A reboot?
Well ... at least DMC had 2 good games...
=(
Every time a PS3 game is delayed, a kitten is killed. Please, developers, help save the kitten population of the world and stop delaying PS3 games. It's getting silly.
"Hell yes
Every day!!"
please don't lie to yourself.
Move is all just a rip-off of the Wii, and an attempt to get in on their new market. That attempt is going to fail, for everyone, and it's going to be a complete waste of time.
it's a weak lineup for everyone in 2010 lets be honest, other than a few big titles early in the year this has been a slow year next year looks to be huge though.
"Gears 3 (Killzone 3 will handle this)"
huh? It may or may not be the best thing since sliced bread in terms of graphics but if it is anything like KZ2, that will be a futile point as it will be a mediocre to rubbish game in almost every other area..
i think they just didn't want to deal with black ops, since their came lauched a while after, i am kind of disapointed...
anyway,Sony is extremely upset that they only have one big title to push in the most lucrative sales quarter of the year ( gran turismo 5) Especially when that game had ridiculous production costs.
terrorist in medal of honor ftw.
and the fans give the middle finger for capcom...
Wow, a lot of people getting all butt hurt about someone telling this truth. Shooters on PC aren't dead, but the community is significantly smaller than the console shooter community. Get over it. And this is from someone who hates FPS games on console.
I think Ninja Theory are trying to pass the message that "Drugs are bad for the kids, but smoking is okay".
"FF13 cums on 3-4 disks "
Actually no, it is not an issue.
Final Fantasy XIII was already well into production by the time it was announced for the 360 so the games structure should have been pretty well defined. Combine this with the fact that you can install and play from hard drive to avoid disc swaps.
"MGS4 = 50GB "
Sony never stated that the game is a full 50GBs… For example maybe the game takes up 35...
DVD is fine for X360 exclusives & PC games that can be installed to HDD and don't require a per disc royalty fee (paid to Microsoft). For PS3 / X360 cross platform games, developers are going to need to cut content to squeeze everything onto 1 DVD, or design their game to run across multiple DVD's.
lol omega is awesome XD
Start the Party! (PS3)

ahhhh.....
Quick Time Events are from Dragon's Lair... You still control your character and traverse the environment in the traditional manner. You investigate the environment through the usual click a button to pick something up and read it type of play that we all got of Dragon's Lair.
"One of the most innovative games in years for sure."
huh?? inonovative? Dragon's Lair have the same gameplay in years...
Heavy Rain= copied Dragon's Lair
Does the game have QTEs? Yes
Do these QTEs demand you do a certain thing or you die? Yes
Then congrats you are playing Dragon's Lair.
He's been saying this for the past year or so, but no one's getting the message (well, except...
Namco Bandai most likely decided not to port over this game for NA PS3 version due to the lackluster sales of the PS3 version of Eternal Sonata and used that as a basis in their decision. These days if a game does not sell at least 500,000 copies it is not a good investment since the profit from the title will not be enough to cover the voice-over work..
For the coming flood of people saying that there is no need to fix the controls…Im right there with you. Its one of the aspects of the game which separates it from the crowd. However, even I cant deny that when Im playing a video game.In a shooter, aiming is arguably the most important part of the game and KZ2 got it wrong.
I’m kinda glad in this news. I liked KZ2 but the controls felt kinda heavy. Maybe way too much. I’d love them taking a lighter control scheme in between b...
