Even with fewer pixels it seems the 360 is just as good at rendering the graphics as the ps3. The colors are more vibrant on the 360, multis seem to have the vasoline effect on the ps3. Who cares though, just play the damn game.
Gaiden and Black are experiences that should not be missed where as GOW's are for the gamers who prefer a more simple minded apprach to combat. NGII apart from some lame boss battles is one of my favorite titles this year, the in depth controls and full gore graphics make this title mandantory for any fighting game fan, it is brutally hard at times but no other game has given me such a sense of accomplishment as this one has. Hopefully there will be a NGIII. Maybe it will be multiplat this...
well race pro does have better shadows and a bit more detail, the jaggies forza were noticable but on race pro they are unforgivable. I think I will pass.
We all know it took an extra year of dev time to get the ps3 to look as good as the 360, thanks sony I should have been playing this game last year. Honestly though the demos A.I. looks non existent, like the gameplay had to be dumbed down to achieve the graphical fidelity. Has anyone played the demo? because it looks to be stupid easy foes? Did the PS3 hold this title back? who knows but it looks meh.
So much fun playing this game I have to put the timer on or I wouldn't stop. This is my GOTY for sure. Plenty of choices for GOTY this year though, hard to choose just one, fck! I can't wait for the DLC as well, what a great game!
I have not bought gearsII yet either, to many other games that capture my attention more than a mongoloid teeny boyfest, yet I will still play it at some point I suppose.
Went to worst buy, target, wal mart to look at buying a bluray player. What a jumbled fvcking mess it was. Many of the sub BR players are 1.1 profile and not upgradable, some were 1.1 but upgradeable with the purchase of a gig memo stick which one dowloads (from pc) the new 2.0 to it and then to the blu player as some did not have an ehternet port, while some still had the 1.1 profile and an ethernet port with 1 gig onboard, while others had the 2.o profile but no memory. Big ol WTF! price...
wow, pc gaming is sure nice when it works but all these driver/hardware updates seem to make it not worthwhile. My console version worked flawlessly on day one. I can see why pc gaming is dwindling as the developers will find more profit in consoles. I imagine developing for the pc is quite a challenging considering the number and type of video cards and os out their. Anyway, hoping you all get a fix soon as I enjoyed the 360 version immensely.

Imagine how much better the 360 version if didn't have to port over the dumbed down version of the ps3. I really think the ps3 is holding back all multiplat titles, especially if the ps3 is the lead. 360 owners are getting gimped shiat from the ps3. Oh well this game looks like it will suck anyways so have fun with the dlc on you gimped game. To me this proves the cell cannot hande open world games, sony should release a new machine sooner than later, time to cut the losses on the ps3, sorr...
the 360 version does look better, deeper colors and no screen tearing(which was slight on the ps3) It is no doubt that if the 360 were the lead that imho the game would even perform better(LIGHTING AA, FRAMERATE,ETC) Another multiplat that the ps3 has gimped. Having no hardrive to work with on the 360 has made sure games are efficiently coded so it is the ps3 imo that is holding back many or most multiplats.
one would have to be blind not to see that the 360 version is crisper, also the lighting seems to be more pronounced in the 360 version, not by much but defiantely better.

This may hurt the sales of this game, very disrepectful. At least in COD 4 we were killing crazed terroists that are heelbent on killing innocent citizens, makes it a least justifiable. Fck allah and his little fa&&it followers!
I thought it was just to play, pause, stop your movie erm game mgs4. The ps3 controller is really a pos, hopefully we can all buy a redeigned unit for the third time because we all know third time is a charm :)
hate to see a good console fail but that is looking like a possibility. Hopefully 09 will pick up for sony if not......KZ2 is sonys last hope, if this game fails it may well be over for the PS3 sadly.
